Dolls: Because these are individually made for the person who orders and not
pre-stocked, please allow 3 weeks for delivery. Some items may take longer. If
your order is intended for Christmas or another special day, e-mail
us. We will advise you on timing and make special arrangements if necessary to
ensure your order is received on time.
Return Policy
Our policy is this: Your satisfaction is
guaranteed. If you are in any way unhappy with your rituals
doll, please return the doll to us within 7 days of receipt. We will make every
effort to fix the problem, or we will refund your purchase price.
